Working with NAACP to provide books to the homeless

Last Wednesday, the 28th of September, we went to the Montgomery County Public Schools school board candidate debate. Just before it started we ran into Linda Plummer, the President of the Montgomery County chapter of NAACP. After introducing ourselves she said that they had just gotten funding for bookshelves for a homeless shelter in Silver Spring. We graciously offered books to help the homeless. It seemed perfect that they had just gotten shelves when we talked to them. We have just reached out to make this happen. This is a dream come true.
